Tense Around Apples

[Error: unknown template qotd] Probably getting a bit too obsessed by it all. I went a bit crazy when I couldn't check my email every minute during the past two weeks :/

Watching the omnibus of Hollyoaks (I can't get enough of this show right now, is it obvious?), and then the tv goes all fuzzy. Turns out they're doing bloody maintenance works on the antenna.

I didn't find LJ through a friend or another website, or even from "stumbling" upon it.

No. I found LJ because of David Tennant. TRUE STORY.


I'd watched Doomsday, and loved it. And I wanted something more. Like you feel when you watch something without fandom? A bit empty and anti-climactic, and not as bothered about who got together than you feel you ought to (even though I LOVED Ten/Rose *is shamed*). Well I had that. I also had a bit of a crush on Ten.

So I searched google for "David Tennant". The first thing that came up was tennant_love . I could see some of the posts, but I wanted to comment. So I sighed and put my details into another thing on the internet. I lurked around tennant_love  for some time, taking in how this thing worked, not realising what else there was on LJ. Then I found the pr0n. I read several Ten/Rose fics - which I still remember - and loved them *shudder* Then somehow (I have NO IDEA how) I found Five/Turlough. *shrug* That's when it got really bad ;P

That also gives me a good an around about date from when I joined. About three days after Doomsday aired.  Must have been a repeat.

I'm not very good at these reviewy things, partly because my organisational skills in writing are next to nothing, partly because I always want to write EVERYTHING I think about an episode - make it really comprehensive - and partly because my memory stinks, and I can't live!review cause I get caught up in the episode again too much, and the writing goes nowhere.


Did anyone else think, "ew... het"?

Life On Mars [series 2] has now arrived from play.com. And I'm FULL OF SQUEE.

However, there are more important things which need doing first before I can watch it. *sobs*



and yet my iPod is totally rubbing that in my face. It's played three Bowie songs in the space of twenty minutes, as well 1973 by James Blunt.
yes, James Blunt is on my iPod.




iPodium, you really know how to get my back up.


EDIT: three minutes later, it's now played John Barrowman, followed by David Tennant, followed by Billie Piper. Clearly, my iPod is a Jack/Ten/Rose shipper ;)

Torchwood S2 start date.

It's in my diary and everything.


I'm just so excited. My little fangirl heart is just squeeing with glee.


I don't really care if it's inconsistent and full of clichés that have already been done badly before which might be the definition of cliché, but that's not the point.


16th, HURRY UP.

OMG, BBC 2 is showing Heroes episodes back to back! right now! with NOTHING inbetween.

Admittedly, there's no Heroes Unmasked either, but I don't care.

I LOVE IT.

A brilliant end to a mediocre day. XD
