I totally forgot about that! Sorry for sounding so patronising; it was just that I was amazed you were coming down here. Now I remember the Barnsley thing, it makes a lot more sense of course.
I thought it might be asking, actually, but I didn't want to push it.
I sort of want to meet up, but I think I've already got something planned. Maybe another time? :)
No problem. It would probably be better to plan it for a time when I am down there longer anyway. Which reminds me I should probably visit my Dad soon too.
Sounds like a cool idea, although I must admit, I'm crazy nervous when it comes to meeting people I've met online. I haven't even met Rachel yet, and I've known her for a few years now.
Yeah I know what you mean, it is kinda built in to this generation, but the only way is to take the plunge. I know that I am also a 6'1" man and so hold some intimidation value, but bear in mind I prance around in skirts. Well sweep in skirts rather than prance, but you get the points. Remember if I bring it up again I wont be offended if you say know.
This way on is Stirling/Glasgow sort of part of Scotland.
It's nothing personal, really. It even happens with my RL friends. If I'm on the phone to them, then meet them straight after, I feel really awkward. It's just a thing. One day, though. One day :)
