Writer's Block: How I got on LJ
[Error: unknown template qotd] This is a bit embarrassing actually.
I didn't find LJ through a friend or another website, or even from "stumbling" upon it.
No. I found LJ because of David Tennant. TRUE STORY.
I'd watched Doomsday, and loved it. And I wanted something more. Like you feel when you watch something without fandom? A bit empty and anti-climactic, and not as bothered about who got together than you feel you ought to (even though I LOVED Ten/Rose *is shamed*). Well I had that. I also had a bit of a crush on Ten.

tennant_love . I could see some of the posts, but I wanted to comment. So I sighed and put my details into another thing on the internet. I lurked around tennant_love for some time, taking in how this thing worked, not realising what else there was on LJ. Then I found the pr0n. I read several Ten/Rose fics - which I still remember - and loved them *shudder* Then somehow (I have NO IDEA how) I found Five/Turlough. *shrug* That's when it got really bad ;P
That also gives mea good an around about date from when I joined. About three days after Doomsday aired. Must have been a repeat.

It was definitely Doomsday that did it. Maybe it was a repeat or just a re-watch of it? *ponders*
imdb.com (as trustworthy as it isn't) says that the original air date was 8th July 2006.
guess it must have been a repeat then *sigh*

I've kinda moved on, because Ten seems to want to get his hands on everyone these days, but also because *looks around to check no-one can hear her* there are... *checks again* *whispers*... batshippers, and *gulp* fangirls.

For some reason that made me LOL. Maybe it was because when I first read it, it sounded like it was Arnold Schwarznegger(sp?) in my head. I have no idea why. But it's funny.
