Had an awesome time, even if it didn't feel like that to begin with. Met some new people, made new friends, proved how hard I can work... great times. You doing alright?
Oh sounds cooool, :) I'm fine. I had my first day back at school today. It was awesome and no probs whatsoever. I'm just so tired now. I haven't had a chance to do anything since getting in as I went shopping *fails*
P.S I sure dooooo :) I miss the comment pages though :( I'm not sure if you can use the CSS as comment pages on basic account tho.
YAY. I quite like first day backs. You get all the gossip, and see the new haircuts and stuff. Good times :P But yeah, it does always tire you out, doesn't it? I dunno why. Maybe just because you haven't been used to it for a while.
Yeah, I didn't realise the comment pages would go, I kind of want them back a bit. I tried to find out what would happen, but it was just about changing journals, nothing about comms.
I am ok I just need something to do. Actually I am going down to see my Granddad on Friday so that might do something to break the routine. He lives in Grimethorpe so I might try and get into MeadowHell this weekend. They just don't have proper shopping centres up here.
I grew up in Barnsley I think I know the rules of Meadowhell. That was my subtle way of asking if you want to meet up this weekend. If not it's fine I understand the internet paranoias.
I totally forgot about that! Sorry for sounding so patronising; it was just that I was amazed you were coming down here. Now I remember the Barnsley thing, it makes a lot more sense of course.
I thought it might be asking, actually, but I didn't want to push it.
I sort of want to meet up, but I think I've already got something planned. Maybe another time? :)
No problem. It would probably be better to plan it for a time when I am down there longer anyway. Which reminds me I should probably visit my Dad soon too.
Sounds like a cool idea, although I must admit, I'm crazy nervous when it comes to meeting people I've met online. I haven't even met Rachel yet, and I've known her for a few years now.
Yeah I know what you mean, it is kinda built in to this generation, but the only way is to take the plunge. I know that I am also a 6'1" man and so hold some intimidation value, but bear in mind I prance around in skirts. Well sweep in skirts rather than prance, but you get the points. Remember if I bring it up again I wont be offended if you say know.
This way on is Stirling/Glasgow sort of part of Scotland.
It's nothing personal, really. It even happens with my RL friends. If I'm on the phone to them, then meet them straight after, I feel really awkward. It's just a thing. One day, though. One day :)

Go early or late. Never peak time, 'specially not a Saurday - you'll get squished.
