Because Lloyd, while quite good, has turned in two fairly crappy performances and Rachel, while insanely good, hasn't shown much personality so no-one is really rooting for her like they are for Olly or Stacey.
I actually LOVED Lloyd's last performance, and I think he's developing a huge fanbase of screamy girls, who'll be pretty loyal to him. Rachel hasn't been consistent in her performances, which I think is something people vote for. And yes, you're right: she hasn't shown much personality. I guess people don't feel they know her. I think your mum's right but I hope she's not.
I liked the first half of his Bleeding Love but found the second half a little embarrassing. I do agree that he will get the screamy girls vote but I think Joe will take a slice of that fanbase away from him. I personally find him kind of adorable and hope he has more of a chance to show what he can do.

I loved it! And I thin Cheryl shouldn't have listened to what Simon said. It was a good choice, showing how broad he can do; it could have be compared to Leona's version, but the way they changed it, it ended up being a completely different song, and IMO it worked. I think Joe is a good singer, but he belongs on the theatre stage, not the X Factor one.
